Cordelia is also an Experience Designer from Design Sojourn who is passionate about understanding user behaviour in order to tackle underlying human needs.

She designed a PPE suit that retains each unique healthcare worker’s individuality, allowing them to be recognised and identified as they work hard in their teams to serve the community.

The gown, purposefully transparent to reveal healthcare worker uniforms worn underneath, includes a printed name-tag template that can be filled in by the workers themselves.

The transparent headpiece, a marrying of the face shield and mask into a singular unit, likewise affords identification by revealing all facial features and allowing patients to put a name to a face. The headpiece additionally facilitates important non-verbal communication, which is currently inhibited by opaque mask designs.
