Our medical workers operate as faceless heroes in the COVID-19 pandemic. The PPE suits and masks obscure the personalities beneath, and many patients might never get to know the selfless faces that cared for them.

With QR codes, patients can now identify their attendants, see them for who they are, and send them likes and appreciative messages through the mobile interface. This removes a relational barrier without removing the protectiveness of the suits.
